how to add the read more hack to blogger

I was recently looking on 'how to add the read more hack to blogger' and I found this post very interesting and helpful, as well as detailed. It should help if you are looking for the "Readmore" Hack. I used it with my other blog http://kewlgadgetsonline.blogspot.com/
with no problem. However I cannot make it work on this one. I am working on it as we speak since this is a custome template.
